VERITAS
Optimize Infrastructure Capital
About Us
Veritas is a developer of infrastructure. In addition to project development, Veritas structures and provides the capital needed for their completion. Where applicable, Veritas also assumes ownership and manages the ongoing maintenance of this infrastructure for its clients and partners. Currently, Veritas focuses on medium and large-scale cross-border projects involving energy and water.
Veritas was founded in 1999 to provide structured finance advisory services to major banking clients. Over time the company expanded to also found, develop, and finance companies and projects in the energy, defense, and infrastructure space.
Veritas works closely with government agencies, both domestically and internationally, as well as quasi-government entities, multilateral organizations, and leading private sector corporations to structure, develop, finance, and manage energy and environmental infrastructure projects. This collaborative approach ensures that every project is expertly guided from inception through completion, with the backing and support of key stakeholders across sectors.
